Grandma's Pear Preserves
though I've not yet made this recipe, I've made the pear honey also listed on this site. It's good. It's possibly what many are looking for in a pear preserve/jam/jelly kind of way. Hope it helps.

Molasses Sugar Cookies
this dough can also be frozen for slice and bake cookies. Roll into a 2 1/2" log and wrap in plastic wrap then again in foil. will store for up to 6 mos. in your freezer.
