Cookie-Crusted Peach Cobbler

I love this topping. I began making it in Sept. for a late afternoon/evening lake party and continued making it thru the fall into the holidays without any problems. I did reduce the oil a bit but the sugar was fine because I used apples (mixture of gala, granny smith and lady) it was a HUGE hit each time. Thanks for a great recipe that is good with ANY fruit!!

Chocolate Texas Sheet Cake

I've been making this for 25 years. I swap out the 1 c. water for coffee and add cinnamon to the dry ingred. I'm not a measuring kind of person, but probably 1/2 teaspoon is good. This is always a requested item for get togethers, parties or just because someone is craving chocolate cake!

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies

This is truly the best sugar cookie I've ever made. They are like a shortbread/sugar/peanut butter cookie all rolled into one! I doulbled and made 8 doz. and EVERY cookie was perfect, no losses. Thanks for a great recipe. It's awesome!
