Garlic Red Potatoes
My family loved this recipe. I altered a few things. I cut bite size pieces of six red potatoes and 6 white potatoes, which made this dish very colorful. I omitted the lemon, used 2 tsp. lemon pepper, 1 tsp. black pepper and 4 tsp. salt, 8 tablespoons minced garlic (from a jar) and omitted the cheese. I melted the butter, then tossed it with everything in a large bowl and then transfered into a 13x9x2 glass baking dish at 350 for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil It was delicious and the potatoes were the perfect texture. Fast and easy to prepare. Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely make this again and again.
