Single Crust Peach Pie
LOVED this pie! I used the crust from the All American Apple Pie recipe (allrecipes) and used 4 and some peaches instead of six, and it was awesome! It was gone in 5 minutes and I had to fight to get even one slice of it. Will definitely make this pie again.

Easy Lemon Cookies
I'm proud to call these "my lemon cookies." I'm known for them! I always use 1Tbsp lemon juice instead of extract and people always tell me how much they love the lemony taste! My very favorite cookie!

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits
LOVED these biscuits! I'd never made biscuits before, and these were delicious. First I tried them as drop biscuits and really didn't like the consistency so I rolled out the rest and they were like a dream! Baked at 11min gave them a firm exterior and a perfect, warm, soft interior. Will definitely make again!
