I love to cook anything. I sometimes just throw things in the pot and my family love what I make.

I don't allow anyone in the kitchen while I cook..lol
My cooking triumphs
1 time I was making "pollo al vapor" and burned it to the point it was STUCK in the pan so I added 1/2 cup of red wine and called it "Blackened chicken" the wine killed the burned flavor and my family called it a HIT.
My cooking tragedies
The 1st and 2nd and maybe 3 pot of rice I made turned out like PASTE! lol

Tiny Pecan Tarts
Followed directions, I couldn't make balls from the pastry because it was too wet/sticky. It spilled over into the oven floor, and then I couldn't take them out of the pan..Totally disappointed
