I love pets and I have 10 siblings, I am the oldest of all the girls so I guess everyones looking at me to learn the cooking first ;) !!!!! I am half Filipino . Baking is my Favorite and I love making DESSERTS !!!! I learned and have been taught all my cooking through my mom and she is a, For sure, Expert!

My favorite things to cook are usely desserts ... they always make the kitchen smell yummy!!! heehee not to mention I like to EAT them also ...lol DUH

My favorite family cooking traditions

For Easter Dinner we always have Rib Roast and YorkShire pudding.

My cooking triumphs

I made Baklava and EVeryone liked it they said it was better then almost any recipe my mom had EVER made! to tell the truth , I was impressed with myself . no kidding ! oh! and mom wasn't even home! I was 12 when I did that!!!

My cooking tragedies

Once I made a batch of cookies and forgot the Flour.... eeeekkk . yeah I'v had a bunch of cooking tragedies ..... to many to mention! OOPPS

Cream Cheese Squares

I give it a *three star only because of the convenience. I did not pour all of the 1/4 sugar to sprinkle over the top! WAY TO SWEET! It was too salty also, so I would use "reduced fat" cresent roll dough! other than that it came out fantastic, very good!

Filipino Avocado Milkshake

This is So delicious and refreshing! Its sweet and creamy, not at all "too" sweet!! It is also VERY healthy and very easy! I am filipino and my mom used to give me this almost every day for a snack! I did not even know there would be a recipe like this, in fact I was about to submit this recipe when I found this!! Def deserves 5****** stars!! oh and BTW Avocados make your brain smart! I very glad my mom gave me this stuff!

MMMMM... Brownies

This was much too sweet! I did double the recipe and baked it in a 9x13 in glass pan! HW I would suggest not putting any salt in it! I only put 2 1/2 cups choc even tho I doubled the recipe! I also only put a little less than 1 cup of sugar... even then it was too sweet! the texture came out perfect! This was okay... but I would not rate it as the "bast brownies I've ever had"!! maybe you'll have better luck than me! *_*
