Cream of Pumpkin Soup
Really lovely spice to this pumpkin soup. I used butternut pumpkin which did't have as much colour as I couldn't get puree and added a little more pepper and less cinnamon. Tasted great!

Chicken Satay with Homemade Peanut Sauce
Really lovely! Agree, next time I will cut the sauce recipe in half because there was so much left over. But a great satay flavour.

Angel Chicken Pasta
So so good! The BEST chicken pasta ever! My other half absolutely loved this and has asked me to cook it again! Only substituted the italian dressing mix because I couldn't get it and just used mixed italian herbs (though halved the amount). Will soooo make again and again!
