Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
I thought I wouldn't like this much, as the Cajun spice is a bit hot for my taste, but decided to make it, as my husband likes some heat. I was surprised at how much I liked it. The dill sauce was this perfect complement to the Cajun spice. I will definitely make this again.
