Raspberry Sour Cream Pie
This is quite possibly the best pie I have ever made. It was delicious! I know it seems like there is not enough filling to fill 2 pies, but when you add the topping it fits a regular pie pan perfectly as it cooks up. I used slivered almonds.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
I thought I wouldn't like this much, as the Cajun spice is a bit hot for my taste, but decided to make it, as my husband likes some heat. I was surprised at how much I liked it. The dill sauce was this perfect complement to the Cajun spice. I will definitely make this again.
