Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Fabulous Wet Burritos
I liked these burritos. Like others had said, I added rotel tomatoes. I also added in some green/red peppers into the meat mixture to add flavor. I did not use the tomato soup. I used green enchilada sauce with the no bean chili. I baked these at 350 for 20 min. Then turned the oven off and topped the enchiladas with cheese and put them back into the oven for 10 min. Topped w/ sour cream. Delicious!

Easy Salsa Meatloaf
Love meatloaf as a comfort food! This recipe was great. I used really hot salsa, which gave it a great flavor, but needed sour cream on the top to cut some of the spice. I added just a bit of cheese on the top before I pulled it out of the oven. Served this with 1/2 a baked potato and it was a delicious dinner!
