Hasenfeffer (Sour Rabbit Stew)
This looks very good and I would like to try it, however I am new to cooking rabbit and I don't see where to add the red wine vinegar to the recipe. I would hate to ruin a perfectly good rabbit! Please advise on when to add the vinegar...

Tartar Sauce I
This is a great recipe! I have used one like this for years. I use a small amount of white vinegar instead of lemon (we drizzle the lemon right on the fish), and I put about a teaspoon of fresh finely chopped red bell peppers (too much will turn your sauce pink), the bell peppers really bring the flavor our!
