Crustless Spinach Quiche
My mother has always made a spincah pie like this that I LOVE but I didn't have the crust. I had everything else though! I used mostly mozz and through in some sautees mushrooms too. Through in leftover asiago and parmesan. Next time Bacon!!

Gourmet Chicken Pizza
I did the same with the cheese. and also used chopped up roasted veggies I had from the night before. Went really well with the ranch dressing. Very Yummy!!

Cranberry Meatballs
Honestly, I thought this was too sweet. the next day it seemed to be better, but just not my taste. The sauce though may be better for chicken or turkey.
