This is a great meal for a working mom who needs a quick meal for the family! My kids and husband loved it, we all had clean plates. I made a few changes: used a 10oz. can of cooked chicken (makes it even quicker), added 1/2 c. sour cream, steamed the broccoli instead of boiling, and used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of broccoli. I also added a couple shakes of onion powder, pepper, and celery salt. Mixed everything together in a big bowl then poured into an 8x8 baking dish, covered with more cheese, bread crumbs and sprayed the top with butter spray. This recipe is a keeper!

I'm always looking for new ways to cook chicken drumsticks- and this recipe is a keeper! I skinned the chicken, used regular peeled potatoes (didn't have yukon gold), and it turned out delicious. I did toss the potatoes in a little Italian dressing as someone else suggested because I was afraid the potatoes would dry out without any liquid in the dish. My kids and husband loved it- no leftovers!
