Sugarless Pumpkin Pie II
4 stars because my diabetic hubby loved it. i thought it was a bit bland, though im not sure how to change that without adding maple syrup or some other sugary bits. for one, i used xylitol, and i had whip cream instead of canned milk. it came together well and set well after i baked it an extra 25 min.

Brown Sugar Pie I
Freaking delicious. easy too. its realy a giant butter tart, great with whipped cream. Its very sweet, so dont put sugar in the whip. a "boil" may not happen due to the thickness, just stir real well and it will come together nice. GREAT RECIPE

Lazy Daisy Cake
This is great! fluffy, sweet, delicious! ive made it dairy free also, by substituting coconut milk for the moo, and oil for the butter. I also like a creamy coconut custard for the topping, use the rest of the can of coconut milk and heat it with sugar and a tbsp of cornstarch! sivv it if its a bit lumpy, but its PERFECT! i cant believe its so EASY!
