Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This bread was so delicious that it did not last in my household - I had to freeze some just to have it for later. I used to go to my favorite coffee shop just for pumpkin bread like this, but now I won't have to anymore. This recipe was totally awesome - I ended up making a double batch because I put the wrong size can in the recipe, but that was a good mistake! So moist and delicious and I agree with other posters - even better the next day! With Thanksgiving a couple days away I am making some more hoping it makes it to turkey time.
