I'm a mom with two grown kids. I love to cook for them and they love to eat what I make! My son's favorite is pineapple upside down cake from scratch and my daughter is partial to cheesecake and coconut shrimp. My husband will eat most anything I put in front him. I like to be creative and stray from the recipes. Anything that is challenging. Big breakfasts on Christmas morning. I am famous for my cheesecakes. I seem to have a knack for baking up a storm!!! I only bake from scratch. I taught myself how to can when I was in my early twenties and my kids grew up on homemade applesauce and canned tomatoes for soups and chili. I still love to can when I have time. Ham in the crockpot about 30 years ago. I'll never live that one down!
