I love my husband almost as much as I love baking...just kidding. But I do honestly love to make and really just cook period. That is my passion, my hobby, my talent. I love making cupcakes and pies. For the cupcakes the decorating is my favorite part and the pies its the mixing of different ingredients. I also love to make different chicken dishes. Just really experiment. A few years ago I decided that on April 30th (I was off from work and hangin out wiht my little brothers 7 and 8 at the time) and told them we were going to have crazy cake day....4 boxes of different cake mixes, 5 tubs if icing dyed different colors, 8 different types of sprinkles, and 1 question mark candle later we had a 3 layer (1 giant round, 1 square and a final small round and all of them completly crooked) crazy cake ...they LOVED it, that was our first crazy cake day and I hope this tradition will last for many many years.
