Lemon Icebox Pie III
This pie is sinfully delicious and easy! I left out the lemon zest because my family does not like it and the pie was fantastic!

Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce
This was absolutely the best recipe I have ever tried! My son said that it was definately restaurant quality! Wow, what a compliment!
