Pesto Chicken Florentine
I used 3 cups of spinach instead of 2. This dish is something that I'll always make. Very delicious, easy and quick I thought.

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
I added only 1 tablespoon of sugar and that made it sweet enough! This could use a little more garlic powder also. Overall it was really good and did well with the ribeyes I made.

Garlic Red Potatoes
Love making these, they are so good! I always double up on the garlic. A keeper in my recipe box.
