Janine's Best Banana Bread

Too mushy. Followed directions and had to keep on baking it until the edges got too dark. But the center was still really soft.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

They taste great, but are really soft and kinda messy. Maybe more bread crumbs would help with that?
