Old-Fashioned Strawberry Shortcake
I liked that the cake was more of a shortbread, but it was pretty dry. I'd definitely make it again if someone had tips on how to make it more moist.

Best Chicken Pasta Salad
We LOVE this salad. The fusili I use looks more like corkscrews of macaroni, not spiral pasta like in the picture. The recipe takes a little time, but it's fantastic!!

Key Lime and Pretzel Pie
DH and I loved this pie! I agree with the other reviewers -- the smaller your pretzel crumb, the better. Very easy and delicious!
