Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
No need for canned sauce any longer. This is very good and so easy. It doesn't have the bitter taste so often found in canned sauce. We found it a little salty for our taste so will be careful with the salt next time. We like this but may also try a little hotter chili next time.

Airport Bob's Green Beans
This is going in my keeper file! Didn't have brown sugar so I substituted a tablespoon of honey. They were so delicious! Great alternate for holiday green bean casserole.

Classic Pear Crisp
We loved this recipe. Only changes I would make is to add more crystalized ginger to both topping and fillng,although I did not try it with ground ginger as some have stated. It is very easy and delicious! Will definitely make again.
