Honey Wheat Bread II
Oh man, this is good. It's the first real bread I've ever made without using a bread machine; I just use my upright mixer to mix everything and knead the dough. Only one problem -- it never lasts for more than a couple of days, because everyone gobbles it right up!

Pumpkin Spice Bread
Unbelievably yummy! The description is very accurate -- it tastes like a pumpkin pie. I replaced the allspice with ginger and didn't notice any huge difference.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup
Tastes fantastic. I tend to leave out the salt, and substitute green onions for the chives. It refrigerates nicely too.
