These do not live up to the hype. Not light and fluffy- kind doughy. No flavor. Just fine for deer camp.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns
Just like the ones at the diner! I used 1/4 onion, instead of 1/2, and less oil. These will be served to hungry festival crowds!
