Hash Brown Quiche
Loved it! Based on the suggestions of others, I ended up using five eggs. I made it a little healthier by using 2% cheese and turkey ham. I also added some fresh spinach, which I lightly sauteed with the onions and some garlic, as some reported that their onions were undercooked. I also reduced the amount of butter to 1/4 cup. I will be making this again!

Sandy's Casserole
This dish turned out really tasty with a few modifications. I used fresh chicken, and I threw in some broccoli. I didn't have any mushrooms, so I used one can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of chicken soup. Everyone loved it and the noodles were cooked perfectly, although it took a little longer to cook than stated (about an hour).

Cabbage Rolls III
I have always loved cabbage rolls and didn't know how awesome they could be without the tomato sauce, of which I was never terribly fond. These were amazing! I will cut the recipe in half, though, as we were eating them for weeks afterwards! I basically followed the recipe exactly. My fussy, cabbage-hating boyfriend loved them, as did my Polish-German grandmother, who is very particular about her cabbage rolls. I will be making these again!
