Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff
The sauce as written is wonderful. I used regular button mushrooms and when removing the mushrooms and onions to make sauce, I microwaved 24 1/2 oz ready made meatballs, then returned all to sauce as directed to heat together. Great meal! BevKn

Golden State Mushroom Soup
The best ever to a tee. Used 3/4 C sour cream. Excellent flavor.

Crispy Fish Fillets
It is the method, not kind of fish. First time I did this with flounder which were very thin fillets; second time, Swai which is thicker. Delicious both times, just the time had to be adjusted.
