Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
The best pumpkin bread recipe I've tried so far. I made some changes, namely using 2 cups white sugar and one cup of dark brown sugar. I also doubled the cinnamon and clove, since I like a spicier bread. I topped it with a butter pecan and maple glaze. This recipe made one good sized loaf and a batch of mini muffins.

Crusty French Bread
Perfect. I added a pan of hot water to the oven in order to add humidity and give a crispier crust, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly with terrific results. This will be a staple recipe.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Good grief, these cookies are amazing! I'm not much of a chocolate lover, but I could not keep my hands off these. They are incredibly soft and flavorful. Like others, I was a bit skeptical about the pudding mix, but it worked out beautifully and you can't tell it's in there unless you're looking (tasting) for it. I took another reviewers advice and increased the amount of vanilla extract used to a full tablespoon, with great results. If you follow the recipe exactly, you'll wind up with a ton of mind-blowing cookies.
