Corn Dog Muffins
I didn't try one with the hot dog in it as I'm a vegetarian but I made one without the dog and it was so delicious! Moist and sweet and I will always use this recipe for corn muffins in the future.

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley
I used a real garlic clove and only put in the seasoning salt and they were still too salty! It was delicious though and I'll make it again with a bit less salt. I used canned mushrooms and green beans and it still turned out great.

Cream Cheese Ranch Potatoes
I seriously will never make this again. It tasted purely like sour cream ranch dip. I tried to add pepper and more butter and even another potato to tone down the sour cream but it didn't work. The only thing good was the texture - very very smooth!
