Sour Cream Lemon Pie
beyond tasty! i use a shortbread crust with this pie. the pepridge farm chessman cookies work great. everyone loves this pie...an instant classic lol.

Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way
firmer peaches help give the pie a nice texture. i switched the white sugar for brown sugar to help give the pie a depth in taste it was missing. turned out fantastic!!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
fantastic! i would suggest a sweet molasses based BBQ sauce because the apple cider vinegar gives it a nice tang. freezes superbly and is good in the fridge for like a week! only gets better lol.
