Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Good recipe I made the original the 1st time but the 2nd time around I added 1/2 c 2% milk & 1/4 cup cream cheese. I also put several splashes of chipotle tabasco on the topping. YUM

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II
Great casserole & even better left overs. I reheated & served in a burito. Next time I am not going to add the tortilla strips in the casserole & serve as a burrito filling Yummy Thanks for the recipe.
