My name is Megan. I live in Albuquerque, NM w/my 18mo son named Elijah, and my husband of 2 yrs, Rob. I'm 24. I love dogs and we have 2 of them along w/2 cats. I like to sew and am trying to repair an old quilt but since I'm doing it by hand, it's taking awhile. I'm friendly and chatty. I'm good at making: Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmesan, Spicy Rice Soup & pretty much anything Italian. I made Osso Buco once and everyone loved it, well everyone but me. :o) None I pretty much master whatever I make. I do tend to "wing it" when it comes to spices and stuff. I start w/a recipe but I usually don't end w/it. I get the basics and make up the flavors as I go.. I can't think of anything but once I do, I'll update.
