About this Cook
awhile i realized that i'm really good at cooking and baking. i love it. probably because i love food. i started to cook home made foods for my boyfriends friends when they'd come over, and that was always a hit. it just makes me happy to see other people well feed, feeling at home among family, and happy. nothing better then walking in with a plate full of hot, fresh cookies and a big surprised smile on your friends faces. im 19 by the way. live in delaware. and i have a boyfriend of 4 years. my life is great and i couldnt ask for anything more. i'd just like to end up in college soon, maybe even culinary school. then my life would be perfect.
My favorite things to cook
any type of baking, lots of southern foods, and anything involving teriyaki sauce.
My favorite family cooking traditions
my mother isnt much of a cook, apparently neither was my grandmother. so we dont really have any traditions. but i do get a lot of help from my boyfriends family, they make delicious food all the time. i dont really know where i got my love of cooking? lol
My cooking triumphs
my chocolate chip cookies, apparently they're famous in my family now. meatloaf. and macaroni and cheese.
My cooking tragedies
one time i screwed up sugar cookies.... how terrible.
