Italian Sausage Soup
I made this using only the ingredients stated in the recipe except I sprinkled grated Romano cheese on top of each bowl. I did not measure any of the ingredients. The soup is excellent as is with no changes needed. I had a friend who loves to cook over for lunch and he asked for the recipe, first time ever. I used low sodium beef broth, tomatoes, and I rinsed the beans. I wanted to be able to control how much salt was in the soup. Easy and Excellent!!!! I’m sending this recipe to my son, sister, brothers and my 81 year old dad. They will love it too. Enjoy!!!!
