Classic Thanksgiving Dressing With Parsley, Sage and Thyme
My family loves sage stuffing in the turkey and sausage dressing baked in the oven as a side dish. This was a perfect sage stuffing. Stuffing gleans juices from the turkey and gets moist as it cooks. For this reason I cut the egg to just one and cut the chicken broth to 1.5cups. PERFECT!

Sausage Dressing
This stuffing recipe is delicious. I left out the orange and walnuts, and used sauteed celery and onion instead of the celery seed. Delicious!

Sweet Potato Pineapple Casserole
This recipe is wonderful. The light taste of the pineapple allows the sweet potato flavor to be revealed. If you're looking for something other than the cloying sugar taste of caramel or marshmallow for your sweet potatoes, this recipe is for you.
