I'm a stay at home mom with 2 boys ages 6 and 3. I like to cook and I am always looking for new and yummy recipes to cook for my family.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook all types of food (except seafood, I'm allergic!). I would have to say my specialty is cookies. I love to bake cookies.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Mom would always try out new recipes on dinner guests. In turn I'm always looking for a new recipe to try when I know someone is coming over. She also always had dessert in the house. Whether it was cookies or cobbler. I carry on that same tradition.
My cooking triumphs
My first solo Thanksgiving dinner was perfect. The turkey was just right and everything came out of the oven at the same time. There wasn't a bad dish on the table.
My cooking tragedies
My second solo Thanksgiving dinner........the turkey was undercooked!!
