I'm a stay at home mom with 2 boys ages 6 and 3. I like to cook and I am always looking for new and yummy recipes to cook for my family. I love to cook all types of food (except seafood, I'm allergic!). I would have to say my specialty is cookies. I love to bake cookies. My Mom would always try out new recipes on dinner guests. In turn I'm always looking for a new recipe to try when I know someone is coming over. She also always had dessert in the house. Whether it was cookies or cobbler. I carry on that same tradition. My first solo Thanksgiving dinner was perfect. The turkey was just right and everything came out of the oven at the same time. There wasn't a bad dish on the table. My second solo Thanksgiving dinner........the turkey was undercooked!!
