Crab Rangoon III
These were delicious. I made them using imitation crab and fresh minced garlic rather than garlic powder. I didn't have water chestnuts, but I did add some chopped green onion. Those were the only alterations and they tasted just like the ones you get at a restaurant. My family agreed. Thanks for the recipe, La Vaun!

Garlic Croutons
Tasty and simple to make. People always look puzzled when I say that I made them. I guess it's not common to make your own croutons, but these are so much better than the store-bought ones.

Szechwan Shrimp
This was really good! I thought the sauce was awesome and both prep & cook times were very fast. I didn't find it too spicy even though I added a little extra red pepper, but I could see this recipe being too spicy for younger children. Adjust the amount accordingly.
