Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Everyone kept thanking me for the great dinner - even my restaurant mgr. daughter. I melted the butter in microwave, added 1/2 pk. dry mix and coated the chic with the oil/herb. Cooked on high, served over rice with green veggies. I made 6 breasts instead: 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom, 1/2 c ff sour cream = loads of sauce, flaky chic enough for leftovers.
