Im Dana been in the business for... since i can remember, my dad owned a restuarant here in CT and managed serval of the more popular restaurants around here. I would to be like him one day maybe even surpass him :O)
i Cook in a restaurant in Mystic CT called Jamms. Bussiness is tough right now but we're holding on. Im trying to bring new ideas and bring them back into the mystic restaurant sence hard work but i love cooking!!!
My favorite things to cook
Cajun/creole one of my tops move to new orlean for half a year to learn some stuff.
Seafood and new england style food.
Pastas with nice sauces i love it.

when my dad makes his famous jerk chicken recipe and tingas!!!
My cooking triumphs
I did a banquet for Major Julleone(9/11 i cant spell) Came out great and only had a day to prepare it, garnished it up. it was beautifull!! :O)
And also everytime i get a good comment at work. thats what keeps me going.
My cooking tragedies
i try not to remember the negative stuff... lol but im goin have to say when i worked in a cafeteria setting kind of restaurant in GA. OMG it sucked!!
