This was my first fish taco attempt and my wife said that they were the best she ever had. She started making them after vacationing in SanDiego but these were the best!! I did add a little more flour to thicken the batter.

I sent this cake to work with my wife for a halloween pot luck they were having . There were many other desserts there and she told me that everybody liked mine the best. A small portion came home and I tried a piece....yummy!! But be warned, I went for seconds and before I got 3 bites into that second piece, I developed a belly ache. This cake is very rich!!! One delicious piece per person is all that is nessecary unless you are a dessert eating champion!! This cake is very chocolaty!!! I did top it with chocolate ganache so maybe that put it over the top..but that got raves as well and very easy to make, just 10 ounces bittersweet choclate and a cup of boiling cream whisked together. Seriously folks, this cake should come with a warning label on it!!

I stuck this in the crock pot for 3 hours adding the dairy and dough last. It turned out great. I suggest less dumplings, double the bacon, add carrots, cellery and peas. It was a big hit!!!
