Easy Oatmeal Muffins
Other than food processing whole rolled oats and throwing in handful of raisins, did not change recipe. Came out great. Perfect for my family because we do not like overly sweet treats.

Whole Wheat Biscuits
I doubled recipe and made drop style. I liked the amount of sugar. Easy and delicious.

Nannie's Hot Milk Sponge Cake
Easy, tasty, fun to make. I don't have a loaf pan so I made half the recipe (w/ half the sugar) in a cast iron skillet. Topped with strawberry glaze. Turned out well.
