Idaho Potato Cake
I loved this recipe. I am in advanced Culinary a my high school, and had to make something creative with potatoes. I used sweet potatoes and OMG, I loved it. My class did too. I had people in my class wanting more and more. And I used the cream cheese frosting II with it, with a few alterations. You can check my review for the alterations. Great recipe. I think I will make this cake again. And I like how the cake isnt too rich in chocolate. Thanks!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
I learned that you really need to softern the butter or else you will get a lot of lumps of butter. but this was a great recipe! I used only 8oz. of cream cheese and 8.oz of whipped cream to lighten it up, and it was so scrumptious. I had made it to put on the Idaho Potato Cake, (made it for my class) and every one in the class loved the recipe.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
I love this recipe, except for they are really sweet and sort of crumbly. Over all great recipe.
