Creamy Mushroom Soup
Loved it. I made mine with two boxes of portobello mushrooms and 2 onions sliced. I also used beef broth instead of chicken broth (sounded better to me too) and heavy cream. I added lots of garlic powder, salt, and pepper and cooked like directions but also pureed it in the blender and then heated it up again to eating temperature. Loved it!
