Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
This fudge was really good, and easy to make. Did it right the first time. Used the suggestions for 1c peanut butter, 2c brown sugar and 3c confectioner's sugar to be easy. Tried to decide 4 or 5 stars, went with 4. Even though the fudge turned out well, was easy and tasted good, it wasn't "OMG the best fudge ever". It was "good". UPDATE: tried recipe again, using measurements in original recipe. It' now 5 stars. Best pb fudge. Went over great at work. Mmm I can still taste it in my mind. Awesome recipe, stick to the original recipe, no modifications necessary!

Frijoles de Olla
I like that this recipe only uses 2 cups of beans, the larger batches seem to go to waste in my house.

Kielbasa Fried Rice
I have always wanted to make fried rice and this recipe worked beautifully for my novice skill level. I was going to make it with the kielbasa but had some leftover salmon I needed to use so opted for that. I also didn't have cabbage so I added a little chinese 5 spice powder for flavor (don't use much, my light sprinkle was almost too much). It turned out awesome. I love recipes that make good foundations for many dishes, and this is my new favorite recipe for leftovers. Thanks for sharing!
