Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
Outstanding. I recommend absolutely no changes. The only variation I made to this recipe was I did not have fresh rosemary sprigs so I just rubbed about a teaspoon inside the hen. It turned out to be really moist and delicious.

Shrimp Durango
I made this on my anniversary for my husband and he enjoyed it. I think next time I will probably add more of the sauce because it seemed like we were just eating noodles at times.

Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies
Fantastic and easy! I followed the recipe exactly as stated and after pulling them out of the oven while the middle is still soft, I put a large Hershey's chocolate chip on each one. They were to die for and I had plenty to go around.
