Cocoa Rum Balls

These are SUPER easy to make and they taste great. Highly recommend this recipe. There is a relatively strong Rum taste and there is alcohol in the recipe that's not cooked off -- so these are defintely NOT for kids.

This is a really good recipe. I served it as a side with leg of lamb. I didn't have pine nuts, so I diced up some artichoke hearts instead (just the bottoms). I also had some fresh basil on hand that I wanted to use up so I used it instead of the dried.

Spicy Peach-Glazed Pork Chops

I'm not a huge pork chop fan, however I loved this recipes. Really easy and really good. I didn't have peach preserves, so I used apricot instead. Seems to work out just fine.

Dutch Apple Dessert
