Honey Dijon Chicken Maple Chicken Cornish hens - I was alone for Thanksgiving and I attempted to make a cornish hen recipe. The recipe was very good but I ended up undercooking the hens and became sick afterwards (I'm just glad it was only me and not a group of people that had eaten them)
