Zucchini Snack Bread
Fab recipe ... I added a combo of quick oats, melted butter and brown sugar to the top before baking ... added a nice touch and some extra flavor.

Fireman's Apple Pie
Not bad ... tasted more like bread pudding with apples than a pie per say, but still a good sweet treat.

Sausage and Wild Rice Stuffing
This is a GREAT recipe for low cost. I will say one thing ... it sure tasted even better after I transferred it from the pan into a crock pot to keep it warm until our carry in at lunch time!
