Lentil Soup
Very Good! I had split lentils on hand and it did take a little less time. I added the spinach individually to the bowl each time I had some to avoid the spinach turning mushy like previous reviewers suggested. This makes a good size pot of soup so prepare for leftovers! Love this soup and will make it a regular on my fall/winter soup rotation!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread II
I made this recipe mostly as written-I used unbleached whole wheat flour and added a little more cinnamon and raisins. Came out lovely! The entire family-especially my little girl-like it so much this will be the recipe I use from now on.

Blueberry Oat Muffins
this is a great healthier recipe! My husband and in-laws could not even tell it was a "modified healthy" muffin! I took the advice of other reviewers and used unbleached whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup natural applesauce and a 1/4 cup oil instead of all oil and added a teaspoon vanilla-they were just as moist. This recipe will stay in regular rotation!
