i am 27 year old mother of a 7 year old daughter who is my life. it is a dream of mine to become a professional cake decorator unfortunately there are no schools around this area that offer this particular course and i can not relocate so i am trying to pursue that dream on my own using the resources i have around me. i am a very creative person and i also am a pretty good cook so i decided to join this site hoping it will help me on my way to a baking and pastry career
