I am a retired teacher; love travelling around the world.Lived in Australia for a year and go back as often as I can to renew old friendships. I enjoy lobster dishes as Nova Scotia is almost completely surrounded by the Atlantic ocean on Canada's east coast and lobster is very plentiful and cheap at this present time.

Desserts which are low-calorie and low fat recipes that taste good and easy to make. love preparing dinners for friends and experimenting with old recipes to fit my needs.
