I loved this recipe! The pancakes came out light and fluffy and my family loved them. I doubled the recipe but used only 4 tsp of Baking powder. I also added a couple tsp of vanilla. Next time I may try cinnamon too.Good recipe!

Cream Cheese Marbled Chocolate Brownie

I made these for a Christmas Party and everyone loved them. I doubled the recipe. I would maybe add more cream cheese to the cheese mixture. I didn't get it to swirl all the way through. Also, when making twice as much, I would reduce the number of eggs. Overall a good recipe. Will make this again.
