Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Best. Recipe. Ever. Simple, delicious, and easy to crank out huge batches. My friends request them for our parties all the time, and it's great because one friend is lactose-intolerant and another has problems with wheat gluten. No worries at all with this recipe!

Herbed Dumplings

I adore this recipe. I use them whenever I make a soup or stew, lately. Super yum. Also great with finely chopped fresh herbs, and I add sage if I'm doing a chicken soup.

Nana's Tea Cakes

These were not good. At best, they were bland. I just baked a batch, and even frosted they taste bad enough that I'm going to have to have my husband swing me by the grocery store to buy cookies.
